Andrea Lubin, RN/BSN, PHN, IBCLC
Founder of Burping Babies

Andrea Lubin Lactation Consultant

Andrea is a Registered Nurse, Public Health Nurse, and accredited Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She has been working with newborns since 2014.

She graduated USC with a kinesiology and psychology background, then obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from West Coast University. She has worked in the hospital on the Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU floors and won the Daisy Award for excellence in patient care in 2017.

After seeing disparities in care for new mothers and their infants, she founded Burping Babies to help fill the gaps between patient and healthcare management.

When she isn’t working with parent-baby dyads, Andrea enjoys hiking with her dog, playing tennis, crocheting, and volunteering at her children’s school.

Nicole San Agustin, RN/BSN, IBCLC

Nicole is a Registered Nurse and accredited Internationally Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She has been working with newborns since 2015.

Nicole graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Throughout her career, she has worked in the hospital on the Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU floors.

After her youngest of three boys was born, Nicole stepped away from bedside nursing to focus on her family. She obtained her IBCLC certification to continue helping new parents and newborns outside the hospital setting.

Through personal struggles with breastfeeding in those precious first weeks of new parenthood, Nicole vowed to support other moms on their feeding journeys.

While she currently has limited leisure time, Nicole enjoys going to concerts and traveling with her family. She also makes a great room mom and little league assistant coach!

Sabrina Sanders, CPB, CPCS, PESC, CMAA
Billing Department

Sabrina is the founder of Cascade Credibill Solutions, bringing extensive expertise in credentialing and medical billing to her role. Her years of experience and dedication make Cascade Credibill Solutions a trusted partner for medical professionals seeking precision and reliability. As a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist, Sabrina ensures top-tier service for her clients. She resides in the Rogue Valley with her husband and two young children, where they embrace an active lifestyle—rafting the rivers, exploring the outdoors, and cherishing time with friends.
