Session Pricing
We are contracted with multiple insurance carriers, but to check your eligibility, please fill out this form. If you already know you have been denied coverage, you will pay the cash price up front, then submit a superbill to your own insurance company. Your insurance company will remit payment directly to you.

Superbills are provided for insurance reimbursement. It is helpful to check your individual plan for lactation benefits coverage. In some cases, the lactating parent’s coverage may be different from the newborn’s coverage. I am happy to adjust your superbill accordingly.
Children’s Medical Group Office Fees
The following are out-of-pocket rates for patients of providers at Children’s Medical Group in Torrance, CA only
Initial Visit - In office: $200 (Twins $250)
Follow Up - In office (25 min): $75
Follow Up - In office (50 min): $150
Terms of Service
A valid method of payment is required to keep on file at the time of booking. Intake forms must be submitted by the client or responsible party at least two hours prior to the start of the appointment. If, upon arrival to the location of service, the consultant deems it unsafe or unsanitary to perform a requested service, the consultant may refuse to render service. Examples of unsafe conditions include: infectious disease/pests, lack of soap and clean water, exposure to extreme weather, and aggressive animals. A travel fee of $50.00 will be charged under these conditions. The consultant reserves the right to end the visit at any time if she feels threatened or abused by any member of the household present. If the service visit has already commenced and was terminated by the consultant due to threats or abuse, the client will still be financially responsible for the entirety of the session, regardless of insurance coverage.
Cancellation Policy
A rescheduling fee of $50.00 will be applied if your appointment is rescheduled or canceled with less than 6 hours' notice. Each appointment may be rescheduled only once. If rescheduled/canceled within 4 hours of the start time, you will be responsible for payment of the appointment in its entirety. Please be aware that most insurance companies will not cover canceled sessions.
