Our Services

In Person Consultation

We will meet in the comfort of your own home. I will examine and weigh the baby, stay for a feeding (and a pump session, if needed), and address any concerns you have. You will receive a plan of care tailored just for you and your baby. I encourage partners or family members to be available as well, if possible. We will discuss the following, time permitting:

  • Feeding and satiety cues

  • Infant colic and crying

  • Breastfeeding positions

  • Maternal emotional care

  • Breast and pump care (as applicable)

  • Formula transitions (as applicable)

  • How to overcome bottle-feeding stigma

  • Plans to return to work

All education materials are accessible through the client portal and will be available to you.

Telehealth Consultation

A virtual alternative to a traditional consultation. This appointment may be for tips in transitioning from breast to bottle, finding the right formula, troubleshooting your breast pump, or starting solids. Due to the nature of practice, virtual consults may be limiting in their ability to assist you and your baby.

Prenatal Planning

We will meet virtually or over the phone after I receive your intake forms. We will discuss what is important to you in your birth and make a backup plan if your labor changes course. You will receive a customized written birth plan that you can bring with you for your OB/GYN to sign before admission to the hospital. We will discuss:

  • What to pack in your hospital bag

  • How to labor at home

  • Helpful labor positions

  • When to go to the hospital

  • How to safely advocate for yourself
